GARRETT is the prime for this Districtwide contract. This contract is task work order based and covers a wide array of services. The contract focuses on minor design and includes intersection improvements, roundabouts, widening for turn lanes, rail crossing improvements, sidewalks, trails, bike lane additions, ADA improvements, signing and pavement markings, signalization, lighting and temporary traffic control projects. These tasks have precise objectives and shorter schedules and may be driven by safety and/or operational deficiencies.
