GARRETT is the prime for this Districtwide contract. This contract is task work order based and covers a wide array of services. The contract focuses on minor design and includes resurfacing, intersection improvements, multi-use trails, sidewalk, bicycle lane and keyhole additions, guardrail upgrades, ADA improvements, signing and pavement markings, signalization, lighting, and temporary traffic control projects. These tasks have precise objectives and shorter schedules.
