GARRETT is the prime consultant for this project. The main objective of this project is to mill and resurface the roadway  in order to preserve and extend the life of the pavement. This project also includes pavement rehabilitation for areas of base failure, addition of bike lanes for bike lane continuity and safety improvements to existing driveways, sidewalks and curb ramps. Pedestrian lighting is being added at the signalized intersections and the signal heads are being upgraded for new back plates and proper lane alignment.
