GARRETT is the prime consultant for this project. The main objective of this project is to construct new 6-foot sidewalks to fill in the gaps and provide a safe route to New Beginnings High School.

Besides sidewalk layout and profiling, this project also includes upgraded pedestrian features, driveway analysis and matrix, design variations and pedestrian MOT.
