GARRETT was the prime consultant for this contract. The main objective of this project was to mill and resurface the roadway  in order to preserve and extend the life of the pavement. The project also included upgrading ADA features to current standards, constructing a new bus stop landing and improving safety along the corridor through sidewalk reconstruction and bike lane additions.
